Meet Baby Maxwell. He was born 9 days before our session, and was the easiest and sleepiest little guy! He and his beautiful mama made my job easy.
I had the pleasure of photographing a very dear friend of mine and her family while on vacation. Nicole is a photographer also, so we had this brilliant idea of exchanging family sessions while there. It was interesting to say the least with 4 kids running around. Poor Josephine got into some fire ants as soon as we got there, but you would never know by the sweet smile on her face. Despite all of that, we managed to get a few sweet shots of some awesome people!
Meara turned 6 months old recently, and was so much fun to photograph. She's already a girl on the go, and is already off crawling everywhere!
It is so obvious she loves her mama. I don't think they ever looked at each other and didn't have huge grins on their faces. I loved getting to step back and watch the genuine interaction between them, and I think it's pretty obvious that they have a special relationship.
It's hard to believe this girl turned one! I feel like it was just yesterday that we braved the cold wind to capture her six month milestone session. We blinked, and now she's on her way to being a full-blown toddler!
The H family is expecting their second sweet little boy in just a few weeks and wanted some baby bump and family pictures to remember this time. We lucked out and got a pretty mild day (relatively speaking) for February to get our session in!
Callie turned 6 months old just a few days before our session. We braved the chilly weather and wind to squeeze in a few pictures to capture the moment. She was a trooper despite the chill in the air, and proudly showed off her new sitting skills for the camera.
We did Blakely's entire session in her beautiful nursery. The colors were gorgeous, and the lighting was perfect! Baby Blakely was so content for our session, and she was wide awake taking in her world when I arrived. The way she watched her mama and daddy when they spoke to her was amazing. She got her belly full, cuddled up, and drifted off for the rest of our session.
I am so happy the rain held off for our session. After days of rain and even more that followed, we had the perfect weather window to get our session done.
Henry was such an explorer, and I'm not sure his little feet ever actually stopped moving! He had so many new things to see, but we did manage to get him to slow down for a few big grins!
Sweet Amelia is probably one of the prettiest babies I've ever seen. She was only 11 days old when I met her for our session and was as calm as could be. She slept so soundly for the majority of our session.
Oh, sweet baby Mason. He didn't really want any part of sleeping much or being posed for our session. He had too much to take in at only 11 days old. Once he got a full belly, he cuddled right up to his mama and daddy and drifted into a sweet slumber. How handsome is this guy?!
